The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to both Unawatuna beach and the local market which can be easily accessed by a tuk tuk. the rooms are well-appointed and feature amenities such as open air showers that are loved by guests. the staff is prompt and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of dishes including pasta and chips for the kids. the villa also offers a large pool and beautiful gardens, adding to the overall luxury experience.
One aspect that could be improved is the water pressure and temperature, as some guests have mentioned that the showers were not satisfactory in terms of pressure and temperature control.

This hotel had beautiful period features with a large, impressive living area. The pool was huge and inviting, a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering fresh juices upon arrival. the hotel's location provided easy access to local dining options and the beach.
This hotel fell short in several areas. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent and often inadequate.
